Personal Chef Menu

This menu options page is a list of a few of my signature dishes, but not a limitation to what I can customize for the finicky or for those with specialized diet restrictions. I'm happy to tailor these or any other desired menu options to your taste or needs.  

Appetizers and snacks

Lemony Hummus and crudités 
Homemade hummus with garlic and lemon zest, with fresh veggies for a healthy and satisfying afternoon snack or a quick appetizer before dinner.

Tomato Bruschetta and Garlic Crostini (seasonal)
Chopped tomatoes seasoned with homemade Bolognese seasoning salt (rosemary, garlic, black pepper and sea salt), extra virgin olive oil, and basil. Thinly sliced garlic crostini for serving. 


Barley Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Arugula
Chopped shallots, artichoke hearts, and lemon zest make this summery salad a perfect side to grilled meats or a light starter with cured meats and aged cheeses. 

Soups and Stews

Chili Con Carne 
Hearty chunks of chuck roast, fresh garlic, black beans, and smoky chipotle chilis make up this Southwestern take on chili. Toppings include your choice of sour cream, avocado, lime, cilantro and cheese. 

West Coast Clam Chowder
Clams, bacon, and potatoes in a creamy brothy soup. Sliced baguette makes this a comforting and filling meal.

Roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, spices and crusty baguette make up the base of this classic Spanish summertime delight. Top with scallions, hard boiled egg or grilled shrimp.

Poultry and Meat

Roasted Chicken
A whole oven roasted chicken with jus, carved and ready for you to enjoy with a green salad or side of either mixed roasted vegetables or potatoes.

Fish and Seafood

Lobster Pie  
Shallots, vermouth and lobster baked over red smashed potatoes and topped with toasted breadcrumbs.

Baked Salmon
Shallots, lemon zest, and white wine, topped with Bolognese seasoning salt and a pat of butter. Served with roasted vegetables or over rice with a green salad.


Melanzane alla Parimgiana 
This version of Eggplant Parmesan is a simplistic and lighter rendition of the classic. Homemade tomato sauce, lightly breaded ultra thin slices of eggplant layered with a hearty portion of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Served warm or at room temperature this is a delicious meal with a green salad and some crusty bread.

Cold Soba Noodles with Tofu
Cooked and rinsed Japanese buckwheat noodles, dressed with sesame seed oil, garlic and ginger. Topped with scallions, cucumber, avocado and tofu. Ponzu dipping sauce on the side.
